High performers have high-performance habits. As I’ve mentioned before, it may seem like the big things in life make the difference, but it’s the consistent, daily habits that build the empire. Without consistently giving our body what it needs, we cannot perform at our max as we go throughout the day, the week, the month, and the year.
One bad day can cause us to fall off, and without some basic pillars of performance, you could find yourself slipping easily. It’s about progressing more than it is perfecting.
Everyday I do the same workout. Progress over perfection. It’s mundane and it’s hard. I’m literally callussing my mind. There is no variety. I don’t even have to think about it.
