Have you tried yoga? I could guess a few reasons why. Most men who stick to the gym neglect stretching, but the benefits of a yoga class go beyond the physical side. Michelle Rogers has something to say – actually a whole lot to say about your reluctance to try yoga. 

“The reason men don’t go to yoga classes; there’s women there. The energy of the opposite sex, the energy of people that don’t look like you […] is [actually] beneficial. It’s a social experience.
