[00:00:01] What's up? Welcome back to one percent Man Podcast. I am your host, Bertrand, and I want to talk to you today just about something called money.
[00:00:09] Money is such a huge topic and a lot of times you're going to hear money does not buy happiness. That is bullshit. Money buys happiness. And the reason why I'll explain this to this, I'll explain it like this is if you have money, you can pay for help. You can pay for people to help, you can pay for professionals. But when you don't have money, that is probably the hardest bat of life, especially if you're living in America. And I know a lot of you, a lot of my followers are in America and all of my listeners are it. Life is harder in America when you don't have money.
[00:00:39] The justice system, the legal system, is designed for wealthy people. It is not designed for a broke person. I'm in court right now and I'll tell you that it is expensive. That's the first time you ever hear me say that. Going to court humbled me. I thought I was doing great things until I started going to court. And I said, oh, I don't make enough.
[00:01:00] I do not make enough. Because they hit you with a bill with 5,000 here, 7,000 here, 4,000 here. And I was like, okay, I need to go to work. I need to produce more at a higher level. I'm consuming too much. I need to create more. The people that tell you that money doesn't mean anything, they're trying to justify why their inability to take action or their inability to learn or the inability to do something and why they are okay where they want to be.
[00:01:26] I am not okay where I am right now. I'm not okay financially. I'm not okay where I'm living. I'm not okay with any of that.
[00:01:34] But what is it going to take? It's going to take me producing a lot of money to get to where I want to go. So what does that mean? That means I'm going to make a lot of fucking money so that way I can pay for where I want to live, buy the house, buy the property, buy the compound, put the kids in the schools I want to put them in, put money away for life insurance. So that way, if I was to die early or whatever was to happen, that they would have that. Also make sure that they have access to the best health care. I'm already 100% service disabled, but still, just in case, if anything was to happen, cancer or whatever, I can pay the best doctors in the world. To treat me or my kids.
[00:02:13] I want to wear the finest clothes. I really don't care about clothes. That's more for my family. They care about that. I really don't. Also, the ability to start, start a business, starting an LLC in Maryland is about 300.
[00:02:25] But that simple 300 can be taken to make thousands of dollars, right? Let me say at the end of the day, I want you to focus on money. There's nothing more important in your life than you making money and producing income for yourself and then starting a business, excuse me, getting a paycheck, and then after that, producing income or revenue or whatever you want to call it, right? But hey, profits and all that, right? But hey, at the end of the day, money has to be number one in your life. Everybody wants to say whatever they want to say, but at the end of the day, whoever can cut the check is the person that's going to get the most attention. The reason why we listen to people like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, because they have a lot of money. Anybody that you think about that you, that you value and that you really listen to, right? And I'm talking about society wise, at the macro level. We listen to them because they have a lot of money. They're not smarter than you, they just have more money than you, right? They're even Elon Musk, he's not the smartest man in the world, but because he has money, he has all the right people and he could pay for the right information people to be in the right corner for him.
[00:03:25] We listen to him, right? Donald Trump, before he even became president, everybody loved him. Why? Because he's such a great businessman.
[00:03:34] Finances is the number one thing. And what they tell us, poor people or normal people, is that money doesn't matter. When money is the root of everything in your life and root of all evil, it's everything in your life, no matter what you want to do. The clothes I'm wearing cost money. This journal right here costs money.
[00:03:51] These headphones, this do rag, the notepad, everything around you costs money. The air you're breathing, if you have to put air in your tires, it costs money. Actually, my wife sent me this funny meme. It said, I didn't know, I didn't know air costs money until I bought a bag of chips or something like that. But literally everything you're fucking doing in life costs money.
[00:04:13] Everything costs money. So if you do not make it a priority now, later on in life, you are going to be begging your kids or somebody to be helping you and I don't want that for you. I want you to be able to enjoy your last days. I want you really to be enjoy retirement, right, with pain free and all that. But the first thing that comes with is making money and you may have to get unhealthy, right? That means you may have to limit going to the gym for hours at a time and maybe only go for 10, 15, 30 minutes so you can focus on producing income, right? I'm not talking to everybody because it's not for everyone, right? Some people, they just want to make millions of dollars. That's great. They don't want to make billions. Me, I want to make billions. So at the end of the day put money first. Everything else will follow.
[00:04:57] Everything else will follow. All right, Affirmation of the day. Society lies about money. It matters way more than they want to tell you. All right, Peace.
