Show Notes

“This job comes with no paycheck, no PTO, and no applause—but it holds up entire households.”

In this short but necessary episode, I want to give a massive shoutout to my wife Antonia—and to every stay-at-home mom out there grinding in silence. Whether you're married or single, what you do every single day is nothing short of heroic.

Let’s be honest…
The job is non-stop:

It’s emotionally, physically, mentally, and socially expensive.

And the world rarely says, “thank you.”

But today—I do.

Whether you’re washing bottles, refereeing toddler fights, or simply trying to sneak in a deep breath...
This episode is for you.
You are seen. You are honored. You are doing sacred work.

If this episode resonated with you:

Tag your wife, sister, or mom in your IG story with this episode and let her know she’s the real MVP.
And if you haven’t already, hit follow or subscribe—this podcast is where we honor real life, real love, and real leadership.

We rise by lifting up the people holding it all together behind the scenes.
Salute to all the moms out there. This one's for you.

[00:00:01] Hey, what's going on? This is Bertrand and I want to give a huge shout out to my wife, Ms. [00:00:08] Antonia, because answered other single, not single, excuse me, the other stay at home moms out there, whether you're a single mom or married, that doesn't matter. But I just want to, you know, shout you out and just say you guys do an incredible job. I could not do that. I think the way the kids have to like are always calling your name, always running at you, always attacking you, can't get a moment to yourself, can't go to the bathroom, you know, by yourself, right? And just holding down a household so husbands and like me can go out there and hunt and you know, go, go work jobs outside the house. Thank you so much, honey. And I also want to, you know, kudos to the other women out there that are stay at home moms. That is a thankless job and it is a expensive job. Not just financially, but it's an expensive job. Emotions physically, health wise, emotionally, right. Socially as well. Because you are talking with kids all day. And sometimes when I, when, when I have the kids, I'm home with them. Sometimes I just want to talk to an adult and just say, you know what? I just need, I just need an adult conversation. I've been in blah, blah, blah, or where's my bottle and, and as much as I love it, you know, but just having that adult conversation and being able to just get out of kid land and going to be an adult. So kudos to y' all for what you guys do. Like I say, it's a thankless job. So shout out to all you stay at home moms out there, killing it. Thank you so much.
